At wpThims, we aim to provide high-quality themes, plugins, and services. However, due to the nature of our products (digital downloads), we have a no-refund policy in place. Please review the following guidelines before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All digital products purchased on wpThims (themes, plugins, and add-ons) are non-refundable. Due to the instant access to downloadable products, we cannot offer refunds once a product has been purchased.

2. Defective or Incorrect Product

If you experience issues with a product or have received an incorrect or defective download, please contact us immediately at support@wpthims.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or troubleshooting any technical difficulties.

3. Refunds for Subscription-based Services

For subscription-based services (if applicable), you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, once the service has been provided or accessed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

If you are facing any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. We are here to assist you with installation, setup, and troubleshooting. Please note, our customer support does not include customizations or development services beyond the scope of the product functionality.

5. Change of Mind

As we offer digital downloads, we do not accept refunds for a change of mind or if you mistakenly purchase the wrong product. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before completing the transaction.

6. Chargebacks or Disputes

We take fraud seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your access to wpThims products and services. We may also seek legal remedies if necessary.
